Do you want to make the world a stronger and healthier place?
Arca is creating a healthier and stronger world. We are challenging the moderate understanding of ‘exercise’. The understanding which suggests that exercise is a lonely struggle and not a common joy. We find motivation in the joyful experience and your body’s capabilities instead of the aesthetic appeal.
We are popular! We are growing! We have a total of 28 training facilities in Denmark and Germany. The explanation, we offer a unique product – and we have a very ambitious team who works as hard as they train.
We are right now looking for additional trainers to join our team!
About the position:
We do and teach functional training in smaller classes (8-20 participants). As an Arca trainer you have the responsibility to teach these classes successfully. Your role is essential for our members’ experience at every class. You must be able to guide, cheer, advise and encourage our members through workouts and great musical playlists.
We find pride in creating a training environment which fully embraces the member but challenges the dedicated members as well. Training at Arca should be challenging but first and foremost fun! As a trainer you are asked to pass on both movement theory and the joy of exercise to all members. Leave the programming and teaching standards to us – you are in charge of the rest.

We expect that you have experience and understanding of the fundamental movements within functional training. Experience in teaching is a bonus, but not a must.
You are not expected to deadlift 200kg or to do muscle ups, but we expect a passion about conveying and helping our members improve. Lastly you want to be a part of our amazing Arca team.
You will contribute and likewise give something wonderful to your surroundings. You will have team members and co-workers who prioritize a great social work environment.
